Starting in 2001 with licensing in Los Angeles, under Noch Noch Productions, Enoch R. Cook III has written 5 Feature Length screenplays and a 6th is in progress.

Enoch R. Cook III, has a formal background holding a dual Master’s in Stage Directing & Theater Management from the University of AZ, Tucson, AZ; in addition to having a Second Graduate Degree from the American Film Institute, Hollywood, CA, in Screenwriting, studying under Howard Dimsdale and Frank Pearson.  Also, Mr. Cook was the former General Theater Manager of the Arena Players, Baltimore, MD, which was the first Black Community Theater in the U.S. Prior to that Mr. Cook broke into show business by touring nationally with Ringling Bros. Circus-Blue Unit, Palmetto, FL, as the first Black Equestrian Clown.
